with therapeutic solutions in terms of a broad variety of hormonal disorders and endocrine ailments. These illnesses which
contain diabetes, thyroid illnesses, reproductive malfunctions and hormone delicate cancers are frequently treated by
medications that interact directly with the hormonal routes, e.g. hormone substitution medications, receptor modulators and
enzyme inhibitors. Treatment of the endocrine system with the help of pharmacological means makes it possible to regulate it
and, in such a way, increase the therapeutic effect and reduce the side effects. The recent developments in the area of
designing drugs, personalized medicine, and biotechnology have offered new approaches to controlling the action of hormones
more precisely and there is hope that more effective therapies with fewer side effects are achieved. This review examines the
different methods of drug-modulation of the hormonal pathways, such as receptor-based therapy, enzyme inhibitors and gene
editing technologies, whilst also addressing some of the difficulties with drug resistance, and environmental effects to
hormone function. These mechanisms require further knowledge to further the endocrine pharmacology and patient outcomes
of endocrine disorders treatment
<Email>shashidharbommideni@gmail.com</Email><articletype>Research</articletype><volume>16</volume><issue>1</issue><year>2026</year><keyword>Endocrine pharmacology, drug modulation, hormonal pathways, hormone replacement therapy, receptor modulators.</keyword><AUTHORS>Shashidhar B1*, Ranjith Kumar J1, Susun Kumar M1, Krishna U,Rajani G</AUTHORS><afflication>Pharm.
