Drug induced gingival overgrowth is known, as an adverse effect with anti-epileptic drugs.. Phenytoin is used for tonic-clonic seizure in paediatric patients. Adverse drug reaction due to phenytoin ranges from adverse effect and therapeutic dose to the toxic dose. Here in, we present a case of gingival hyperplasia caused by phenytoin in paediatric patients.
