Cancer classified by based on the idea of cell of origin, light and electron microscopic attributes of the cancer. Integrated cancer classification models could eliminate the unclassifiable cancers as used in current classifications. The most common cancer treatments include surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy. These therapies may be used either alone or in combination with other therapies. Other cancer treatment options include targeted therapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, and bone marrow/stem cell transplantation. This review covered includes classification, pathophysiology, causes and Plant-Derived Anti-Cancer Agents. Future cancer treatment may be advanced by using an integrated model of cancer classification.
